Thank you for choosing Monster Party. Monster Party is an intelligent mobile social software developed and operated by Mi Yue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Monster Party users are those who have completed the entire registration process, agree to the "User Service Agreement" (if the link address changes, the content corresponding to the updated link address shall prevail; all other changes in the link address shall follow the aforementioned provisions), and voluntarily use the software services according to the relevant usage specifications of Monster Party, hereinafter referred to as "you" in the service terms. Before using the specific value-added services/paid services/differentiated services (hereinafter referred to as "value-added services," referring to services where, after paying a certain fee as specified by Monster Party, you are entitled to enjoy privileges in Monster Party products, games, life, etc., provided by Mi Yue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. or a third party), please read these "Monster Party Value-Added Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "Service Terms") carefully.
Please be sure to read and fully understand each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit Monster Party’s liability, restrict your rights, or stipulate dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction. Clauses that limit or exempt liability or involve your significant rights may be highlighted in bold or underlined to draw your attention.
Unless you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms, you are not authorized to use the value-added services provided by Monster Party. By clicking "Agree" or "Next," or by using the Monster Party services, or by any other express or implied means of indicating acceptance of the service terms, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these service terms. These terms will then have legal effect between you and Monster Party and become a binding legal document for both parties.
These service terms are formulated based on the Monster Party "User Service Agreement" and are an integral part of it. Additionally, various specifications and rules regarding value-added services published by Monster Party from time to time are also part of these service terms. By choosing to accept these service terms, you agree to be bound by the "User Service Agreement" and various specifications and rules, and you will comply with them. If you do not accept these service terms, you will not be able to enjoy the value-added services involved.
If you are a user outside Mainland China, you must also comply with the laws of your country or region when entering into or fulfilling the service terms.
These service terms may be updated by Monster Party at any time. Once the updated service terms are published, they will replace the original service terms without further notice. You can check the latest service terms in the Monster Party APP.
I. General Provisions
1. Monster Party is an intelligent mobile social software developed and operated by Mi Yue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
2. These service terms stipulate various matters related to value-added services, which are generally paid unless otherwise specified. After paying a certain fee as specified by Monster Party, you will be entitled to enjoy specific privileges in Monster Party products, games, life, etc., provided by Mi Yue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. or a third party.
3. You must comply with the Monster Party "User Service Agreement" and these service terms.
4. Monster Party may set additional terms for specific services and inform you in advance. You must comply with these additional terms when using such services:

● Continuous subscription service agreement
● And other applicable terms and requirements for value-added services provided by Monster Party.
II. Service Fees
1. You should purchase value-added services by paying a certain fee through methods designated by Monster Party, including but not limited to bank cards, mobile recharge cards, mobile SMS or mobile charges, fixed telephone dial-up account collection, or broadband, and other current or future designated methods.
2. Monster Party will provide different discounts based on different purchase methods and quantities. The specific discount information is subject to the content confirmed and displayed on the pricing and payment page.
3. Monster Party may modify and change the charging standards, methods, etc., of value-added services according to the overall planning of the services. These modifications and changes will be displayed on the corresponding service page. You should understand the current charging standards, methods, etc., for value-added services before obtaining and using them. You will pay the corresponding amount according to the adjusted service fee standards. If you have purchased value-added services according to the original fee standards, your enjoyed value-added services will not be affected, and you do not need to pay the difference.
4. You can pay the service fees for the value-added services provided by Monster Party within the APP. The specific service terms of Monster Party contain other applicable terms for such payments (including any arrangements for refunds (if any), billing arrangements, and any consequences of unpaid service fees). You must comply with all relevant terms regarding payments to Monster Party.
5. When purchasing value-added services, you need to carefully verify the project information, quantity, and functions of the value-added services and carefully verify the amount to be paid. Once you complete the payment operation, Monster Party will consider that you have fully understood the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, and Monster Party will fulfill its relevant obligations according to the service terms. Monster Party reminds you to operate cautiously.
● Refund Policy: After you successfully pay and Monster Party starts providing the value-added services or has allocated the virtual services to your account, Monster Party has the right to refuse refunds. Monster Party will make every effort to maintain service continuity and security but cannot guarantee flawless services, nor can it foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks or force majeure. Therefore, you agree that even if the services provided by Monster Party have defects, these defects are unavoidable with the current industry technical level, and they will not be considered as a breach of contract by Monster Party, and Monster Party will not bear any responsibility.
● If, after accepting the value-added services provided by Monster Party, you request a refund for subjective reasons that the service did not meet your expectations, Monster Party has the right to refuse.
III. Service Content
1. Monster Party may launch different value-added services based on different products and service types.
2. Currently, VIP services include 10 opportunities to strike up conversations daily, the ability to change nicknames five times a year, sending community voice posts, enjoying a voice signature duration of up to 3 minutes, exclusive avatar frames, and nickname dazzling effects for VIPs. Monster Party may adjust the types of existing value-added services and continuously launch new value-added services based on your needs and changes in products and service types. Monster Party may also launch different service contents at different times to continuously improve and optimize value-added services. The specific types of value-added services and service contents are subject to the content announced and actually provided on the relevant service page (specific contents will be displayed at [*]). You can choose the corresponding services according to your needs.
3. The specific contents of the value-added services you enjoy may vary based on factors such as whether you are a member, the specific service category you choose, etc. The specific contents are subject to the announcements and actual provision on the relevant service page.
IV. Activation and Termination of Services
1. Charging Method
● Monster Party VIP membership services are paid services. You can complete the payment of VIP membership fees through the actual supported payment methods of Monster Party, such as bank card payment, third-party payment, etc. Please note that if you use your Apple account or a communication account bound to your member account for payment, this payment method is a collection payment method by an agent, and using this payment method may pose certain commercial risks (such as unlawful activities using your account or bank card), which may cause you financial losses that you must bear yourself.
2. Fee Refund
● VIP membership services are network and virtual goods. The membership fee corresponds to the price of the network goods you purchase, not prepayments, deposits, or savings. Once VIP membership services are activated, they are non-refundable (except for circumstances where the VIP membership services have major defects that render them completely unusable, breaches of contract by Monster Party, other agreements in this contract, or legal requirements for refunds or Monster Party’s agreement to refunds).
● Monster Party reminds you to carefully check account information, service content, price, and service duration before purchasing VIP membership services (including auto-renewal services).
3. Changes to Charging Standards and Methods
● The charging methods and standards for VIP membership services (including auto-renewal) and other additional paid services are independently determined by Monster Party based on operational costs and strategies and are displayed on the related product service promotion and payment pages. If the charging methods change when you purchase or renew services, the actual supported charging methods of Monster Party shall prevail. If the service prices change, the current valid prices published on the Monster Party platform shall prevail (except for any agreements to the contrary between you and Monster Party).
4. Auto-Renewal
● Auto-renewal is a service introduced to meet members' needs for automatic renewal to avoid the failure to renew on time due to neglect or other reasons. If a member opts for auto-renewal, they authorize Monster Party to instruct the payment channel (such as Alipay, WeChat, etc.) to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle 24 hours before or after the expiration of the current term. The specific deduction time may be determined by the operator or payment channel (e.g., mobile charges channel, iOS channel). If the deduction is successful, the member's service term will be automatically extended for the corresponding period.
● 4.1 Billing Cycle: The billing cycle can be monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc., as provided by Monster Party, and members can choose accordingly.
● 4.2 Auto-Deduction Rules:
● (1) By choosing auto-renewal, the user agrees that the payment channel can deduct the fee for the next billing cycle without verifying the member's account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc.
● (2) Auto-renewal and deduction will continue unless the member or Monster Party explicitly cancels it, without a limit on the number of times.
● (3) If you do not explicitly cancel auto-renewal, Monster Party can attempt deductions at certain intervals after the member service term expires (even if the account balance is insufficient).
● (4) Once the deduction is successful, Monster Party will activate the VIP membership service for the next billing cycle.
● 4.3 Notice of Price Adjustment: Monster Party has the right to adjust the prices of membership services (including auto-renewal). During the auto-renewal service term, if the price is adjusted, Monster Party will notify you through announcements, internal messages, or other reasonable means. If you do not agree with the price adjustment, you can cancel auto-renewal according to this agreement. If you do not cancel, the payment channel will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle and subsequent cycles at the adjusted price. If the cancellation is within 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends, the payment channel may still deduct the fee for the next cycle before stopping the service, and the service will terminate at the end of that cycle.
● 4.4 Cancellation Method:
● (1) On Apple mobile devices: "APP Store" -> Click on the account avatar -> "Account" -> "Subscriptions," select "Monster Party" to cancel.
● (2) On Android mobile devices: Monster Party APP -> "My" -> "Help & Feedback" -> "Auto-Renewal Management," select "Cancel Auto-Renewal."
● You understand and agree that there may be a display delay in updating the auto-renewal status, with the actual renewal status in the Monster Party APP prevailing. The auto-renewal authorization remains valid until successfully canceled, and Monster Party is not liable for any fees deducted before cancellation.
V. Your Rights and Obligations
1. Compliance with Rules
While enjoying the rights to value-added services, you must comply with all regulations and rules of Monster Party, including but not limited to these Terms of Service and the User Service Agreement.
2. Consequences of Violation
If your value-added services are suspended due to violations of the User Service Agreement, you will bear the resulting losses.
3. Access to Value-Added Services
During the validity period of the value-added services, you are entitled to the specified value-added services offered by Monster Party.
4. Legal Responsibilities
You bear legal responsibility for transmitting, publishing information, and using Monster Party’s free or paid services. Your use of Monster Party services, including both free and paid services, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations").
5. Prohibited Behaviors
You are not entitled to value-added services if engaged in the following prohibited behaviors:
● Opening value-added services for profit, business, or non-personal use for yourself or others.
● Using any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen scraping software, or any other program/software to open value-added services for yourself or others.
● Opening value-added services through improper means or in a manner that violates the principle of good faith.
● Opening value-added services through non-designated Monster Party methods.
● Opening value-added services by infringing upon Monster Party’s or others' legal rights.
● Using value-added services for illegal or infringing activities, including but not limited to money laundering, gambling, cash-out schemes, or financial fraud.
● Engaging in other activities that violate laws and regulations to open value-added services.
You acknowledge, understand, and agree that if you use Monster Party’s value-added services to publish or promote information, Monster Party has the right to monitor your promotional information and behaviors in real-time. If any of the following situations occur, Monster Party has the right to block, delete, or take other measures (including but not limited to handling your information content or Monster Party account) regarding your promotional information until you provide legal proof or other reasonable solutions. If Monster Party incurs any losses due to this, it has the right to seek compensation from you and may suspend or terminate the services under these terms until such compensation is received. Monster Party also reserves the right to report to relevant authorities if necessary:
● Your promotional information or behavior violates laws and regulations.
● Your promotional information lacks legal, complete authorization from the rights holder or infringes upon third-party rights.
● Your promotional information or behavior violates these Terms of Service or other Monster Party agreements or rules.
● You fail to address complaints, disputes, or claims related to your promotional information or behavior in a timely, effective, or reasonable manner.
● You use the services for high-risk transactions that violate laws and regulations.
● Other situations that render you unable to fulfill these terms.
Monster Party’s monitoring does not imply any promise or guarantee of the legality or compliance of your promotional information, nor does it constitute joint liability between Monster Party and you or your promoted information. Monster Party provides network storage space as a service provider, and you are solely responsible for the content you promote.
VI. Monster Party’s Rights and Obligations
1. Service Maintenance
Monster Party is obligated to ensure that you, who comply with these Terms of Service and the User Service Agreement, can normally use the value-added services. In the event of technical failures affecting the provision of value-added services, Monster Party will strive to resolve the issue promptly, but will not be responsible for any losses incurred by you as a result.
2. Privacy Protection
Monster Party will not publicly disclose, edit, or reveal your non-public registration information without your authorization, except as explicitly required by laws, regulations, or the User Service Agreement.
3. Notifications and Announcements
Monster Party will notify and announce information to you through the Monster Party messaging system.
4. Force Majeure
Monster Party is not responsible for interruptions or defects in the provision of value-added services caused by force majeure, but will endeavor to minimize the losses and impact on you.
5. Account Security
Monster Party is not liable for password leaks caused by you. To avoid legal risks from account misuse, Monster Party may take necessary measures to prevent third-party operations on your account after other users report such cases, regardless of the third party's purpose or acquisition method.
6. Violation Handling
If you intentionally harm Monster Party, its app, or other users' rights, or engage in behavior stipulated in the User Service Agreement while using free or value-added services, Monster Party has the right to interrupt one or more value-added services without compensation and reserves the right to pursue legal action.
7. Legal Compliance
If you engage in illegal activities or prohibited behaviors while using Monster Party’s free or paid services, Monster Party has the right to interrupt one or more value-added services without compensation, and you must bear full responsibility.
VII. Miscellaneous
1. Service Terms Integration
The regulations and rules periodically released by Monster Party regarding value-added services are an integral part of these Terms of Service.
2. Minor Protection
Monster Party values the protection of minors' personal information. If you lack full civil capacity, you cannot use Monster Party’s services.
3. Conflict Resolution
In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and the User Service Agreement or if these Terms of Service lack provisions, the User Service Agreement shall prevail.
4. Terms Interpretation
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service refer to the User Service Agreement.
5. Data Loss Responsibility
You are responsible for any data loss caused by the expiration of value-added services.
