Thank you for choosing to use Monster Party. Monster Party is an intelligent mobile social software developed and operated by Miyue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Monster Party users are those who have completed the full registration process, agreed to the "User Service Agreement," and voluntarily use the software services under the provisions of Monster Party's usage norms. In this agreement, users are referred to as "you." Before using the subscription, renewal, or auto-renewal services (hereinafter referred to as "continuous subscription service"), please read these "Monster Party Continuous Subscription Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "Service Terms") carefully.
Please make sure to carefully read and fully understand all clauses, especially those that exempt or limit Monster Party's liability, restrict your rights, stipulate dispute resolution methods, and judicial jurisdiction. Clauses that limit or exempt liability or involve your significant rights may be highlighted in bold or underlined to draw your attention.
Unless you have fully read, completely understood, and accepted all the terms, you are not authorized to use the continuous subscription services provided by Monster Party. By clicking "Agree" or "Next," or by using Monster Party services, or by expressing acceptance of the service terms in any other explicit or implicit manner, you are deemed to have read and agreed to sign the service terms. These service terms then become legally effective between you and Monster Party, becoming legally binding documents for both parties.
These service terms are formulated based on Monster Party's "User Service Agreement" and are an inseparable part of it. At the same time, various specifications and rules regarding continuous subscription services that Monster Party publishes from time to time are also part of these service terms. By choosing to accept these service terms, you agree to be bound by the "User Service Agreement" and various specifications and rules and will comply with them. If you do not accept these service terms, you cannot enjoy the continuous subscription services covered by these service terms.
If you are a user outside mainland China, you must also comply with the laws of your country or region when entering into or performing these service terms.
These service terms may be updated by Monster Party at any time. Once the updated service terms are published, they will replace the original service terms without further notice. You can check the latest service terms in the Monster Party APP.
I. Service Description
1. The continuous subscription service is based on your need for continuous subscription services. By choosing this service, you authorize Miyue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle of specific value-added services from your account (which includes third-party payment accounts, bank cards, and communication accounts linked to your Monster Party account) when the current billing cycle is about to expire. The agreement between you and the third-party channels is separate and unrelated to Miyue Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
2. You can choose the subscription period for Monster Party's continuous subscription service, including but not limited to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
3. You must ensure that Monster Party/third-party channels can successfully deduct fees from your account and that Monster Party can receive the corresponding amount in full. If the automatic deduction fails for any subscription period, the system will attempt to deduct again after 24 hours. If the deduction still fails or Monster Party does not receive the full amount, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and any resulting losses will be your responsibility.
4. Monster Party's continuous subscription service is only available within the Monster Party APP. Any act of malicious cracking or illegally separating the content of the continuous subscription service from the Monster Party APP is not covered by these service terms. You will be responsible for any legal consequences, and Monster Party will pursue legal action against the perpetrators.
5. Monster Party/third-party channels will automatically deduct the fee from your account 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle and extend the current billing cycle of the specific value-added service.
6. If you deactivate your account in Monster Party but have not canceled the auto-renewal service in the Apple Store or Google Store, please be aware that Monster Party is not responsible for any charges incurred due to your actions.
II. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
1. Monster Party is responsible for providing you with information on the specific charges related to the continuous subscription service but is not responsible for printing related invoices or receipts and forwarding them to you.
2. Upon receiving the subscription fee deducted by third-party channels, Monster Party will credit the amount to your payment record on the same day and extend the current billing cycle of the specific value-added service.
3. If errors occur during the deduction process, Monster Party and you should cooperate closely to identify the cause and bear the losses caused by their respective faults. If the losses are caused by unequal faults of both parties, the responsibility will be shared according to the degree of fault. If both parties are responsible, the responsibility will be shared equally.
4. You can choose to cancel the continuous subscription service at any time. For iOS users, cancel the service in [Phone Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions]. For Android users paying via Alipay, cancel in [Alipay My Page - Settings - Payment Settings - No Password Payment/Automatic Deduction]. For Android users paying via WeChat, cancel in [WeChat "Me" Page - Payment - Payment Settings - Top Right Icon - Deduction Service]. If you do not cancel the service at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, Monster Party will attempt to deduct the fee periodically. Once a successful deduction occurs, the subscription service for the next billing cycle will be activated.
5. If the price of specific value-added services is adjusted before the continuous subscription, the current effective price shall prevail.
6. Currently, Monster Party does not charge any fees for opening continuous subscription services but reserves the right to charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees based on business needs or market changes, with prior notice on the relevant page.
III. Termination
1. You have the right to terminate the continuous subscription service at any time. After termination, Monster Party will stop providing the continuous subscription service.
2. Instructions for automatic deductions given to Monster Party/third-party channels before terminating the continuous subscription service remain valid. Monster Party will not refund fees deducted based on these instructions, and you will bear the related responsibility.
